Congratulations on your new position!
After you've accepted a position, your recruiter will send employment paperwork via e-mail and schedule an appointment to complete your payroll file in our office.
Please complete and print the employment documents before you arrive. If the documents are complete your appointment will take approximately five minutes. If they are incomplete it will take approximately thirty minutes.

What to bring to our office if you just accepted an offer:
- The important employment documents referenced above.
- Identification that will satisfy the federal government's employment verification requirements. A valid driver's
license and social security card are the most common documents but several others are acceptable. If you need
more information, read the I-9 instructions. (Adobe Reader required).
Payroll
Payday is every Friday.
We offer direct deposit, which will take effect on your first check. Direct deposit is by far the most secure and reliable way to receive your paycheck and there is no charge for this service. If you choose to receive a paper check, it will be mailed to your home on payday. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery of mailed checks. For a copy of our direct deposit form click here.
Please record your hours each week using our time sheet. Time sheets must be signed by your supervisor. Please submit your time sheet immediately following the end of your work week. Time sheets are due no later than 5:00 PM every Friday.
