Chris began his staffing career in 1990 as a payroll clerk. He's held positions in human resources, sales, and management for some of the world's largest staffing firms such as Robert Half International where he served as Vice President of Consulting services for the Pacific Northwest. Chris founded IQ Pipeline in
2003 to serve clients in the most pleasing, efficient and cost effective means possible.

Alix Quan, Director of Managed Services
Alix joined IQ Pipeline in 2004 after serving as a Healthcare Consultant for an international drug development services company. Our most tenured staff member, she oversees Managed Services for our largest customers. Alix has experience in all four practice areas; clinical, administration, information technology, and accounting. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of California, San Diego.

Antonia Candelaria, Senior Recruiter
Antonia joined IQ Pipeline in 2005 and was promoted from Office Manager to Senior Recruiter in 2007. She has the innate ability to rapidly assess a candidate's motivation and experience. Before joining IQ Pipeline Antonia held positions as a Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant and Kindergarten Teacher. She earned
an AA in Liberal Arts from Sierra College.

Megan Shaw, TSC, CSP, Director of Service Delivery
Megan oversees every aspect of service delivery including recruiting, vetting, and customer service. She joined IQ Pipeline in 2005 after managing a national restaurant chain for five years. Megan is an exceptional talent scout. Being represented by her will be a great advantage to job seekers. Rebecca Yakel, Partnership Manager
Rebecca manages business development in North San Diego County, where we plan to open and office in the second half of 2008. She was a scholarship basketball athlete at Florida Gulf Coast University where she earned a BA in Liberal Arts. Rebecca's high "E.Q." enables her to work with a wide variety of clients from privately held local companies to international publicly traded firms.

Leslie Brace, Director of Support Services
Leslie manages IQ Pipeline's human resources, accounting, payroll and administrative functions. She is the primary contact for customers with billing questions and for employees with payroll or employment concerns. Prior to joining IQ Pipeline she was the Billing Manager for a wireless communications firm. She holds a BS from University of California, Riverside.

Suzanne Krinsky, Director of Direct Placement
Suzanne is recognized as one of the finest employment professionals in the San Diego area. She has been employed by several notable firms such as Illumina, Sun Microsystems, and Gen-Probe, where she served as the Manager of Employment. Her methodical approach to vetting candidates and emphasis on quality are recognized assets in the industry. Suzanne received a B.A. in Therapeutic Recreation and Physical Education from Whitworth College, Spokane, WA.
