Chris began his staffing career in 1990 as a payroll clerk. He's held positions in human resources, sales, and management for some of the world's largest staffing firms such as Robert Half International where he served as Vice President of Consulting services for the Pacific Northwest. Chris founded IQ Pipeline in
2003 to serve clients in the most pleasing, efficient and cost effective means possible.

Alix Quan, TSC, CSP, Director of Managed Services
Alix joined IQ Pipeline in 2004 after serving as a Healthcare Consultant for an international drug development services company. Our most tenured staff member, she oversees Managed Services for our largest customers. Alix is experienced in all four practice areas; clinical, administration, information technology, and accounting. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of California, San Diego and two professional designations from the American Staffing Association; Technical Services Certified and Certified Staffing Professional.

Megan Shaw, PHR, TSC, CSP, Senior Director, Operations and Staffing
Megan is responsible for all facets of company operations, sales, and support. She joined IQ Pipeline in 2005 after managing a national restaurant chain for five years. Megan has been our top individual recruiter since 2006 and was promoted to Senior Director in 2009. Megan earned the PHR Certification in 2009 and she holds two professional designations from the American Staffing Association; Technical Services Certified and Certified Staffing Professional.

Angie Bisone, Director of Support Services
Angie manages IQ Pipeline's human resources, accounting, payroll and administrative functions. She is the primary contact for customers with billing questions and employees with payroll or employment concerns. Prior to IQ Pipeline she held positions in payroll and human resources with firms such as Procter & Gamble. Angie attended Mira Costa College and holds a certificate in Human Resources Management.

Amy Paster, PHR, Partnership Manager
Amy manages business development for all of San Diego County. Our customers appreciate her transparency, accessibility, and responsiveness. Amy is dedicated to offering every customer a combination of the finest service and competitive pricing. Prior to joining IQ Pipeline she worked as a staffing coordinator, account manager, and flight attendant. Amy earned the PHR Certification in 2009 and she holds a Bachelors of Arts & Sciences from the University Missouri, Columbia.

You will enjoy her professional, friendly approach. Prior to IQ Pipeline she served as a client relations manager in the health insurance industry. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of California, San Diego.
